Habur Stone, Which can turn milk into curd: घरो में हम लोग दही जमाने के लिए दही या छाछ ही काम में लेते है, पर क्या आपने कभी सुना है की एक पत्थर से भी दही जमाया जा सकता है ? तो हम आपको आज बताते है एक ऐसे ही पत्थर के बारे में। यह पत्थर कहलाता है ” Habur Stone “।
यह जैसलमेर से 40 किलोमीटर दूर स्थित हाबुर गाँव में पाया जाता है। ” Habur Stone ” में दही जमाने का अनोखा गुण होता है। इस पत्थर को दूध में डालने से 14 घंटे में दही जम जाता है।
इस पत्थर के इस गुण का कई देशी विदेशी वैज्ञानिको द्वारा परिक्षण किया जा चुका है। जिन्होंने माना है की इस पत्थर में दही जमाने के तीनों बायो केमिकल ऐमीनो एसिड, फिनायल एलीनिया और रिफ्टोफेन टायरोसीन विद्यमान है। हाबुर गाँव के लोग आज भी दही जमाने के लिए इसका ही उपयोग करते है।
यह पत्थर दिखने में भी खुबसूरत होता है इसलिए इससे गिलास, प्लेट, प्याले, ट्रे, मालाएं, फूलदान, कप, एक्युप्रेशर उत्पाद, थाली, एवं मूर्तिया भी बनायी जाती है।

We tried it and the curd was good. It was not sour. I think one should keep the temperature of the milk at +40 degree C, while pouring.
This is false. I just tried it last night and left it for 14 hours. Doesn't work. The milk only curdles and smeells bad. Stop spreading such lies on the internet please.
i bought this thing from Jaisalmer National emporium. But it is not curdling the milk at all. I tried with warm milk put in this rock tumbler for more than 14hrs.
